During peak spring season, bookings typically fill 2-3 weeks in advance. For urgent issues such as safety concerns with damaged boards, we offer expedited scheduling when available. Off-season services can often be arranged within days.

Knowing your terrace size (approximate square footage), the type of wood if available, when it was last treated, and any specific concerns helps us provide more accurate information. Photographs of problem areas are always helpful.
Our Spring Terrace Assessment service includes a comprehensive evaluation with detailed recommendations. This assessment fee is credited toward any services booked within 30 days of the assessment date.
